Tod Bolsinger, author of Canoeing the Mountains and Tempered Resilience will share the insights he has learned from working with ministries all over the world in a time of deep disruption. Based on his recent Practicing Change Series, Tod will help us address and lead through two common challenges for strong leaders: trying to out work every problem and trying to please every person. What might we do instead?
Lodging Available - there is lodging available for all clergy members in Scheibler, Johnson, and Coleman Lodge. Single Occupancy is limited but available as a first come first served basis. Those who choose Double Occupancy, we suggest you reach out to your roommate preference prior to registration. There will be a spot where you can add this person’s name on your registration.
