Tiered Pricing

We try our best to keep the price of these trips affordable as possible. Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, we have decided to offer a voluntary three-tier fee program. You choose the rate that best suits your needs. Choice in tier has no change on the experience.

Tier 1 $600: The highest option - If you are able, we ask that all who are able select this option as this price more closely reflects the true cost.

Tier 2 $550:  The middle amount - This resembles a slightly subsidized price.

Tier 3 $500: The lowest option - This is a more subsidized rate that does not reflect the "true cost". This reduced rate is made possible through contributions from individuals and congregations.

Price does not include dinner on the road Friday and Sunday night and meals at the Perfect North.

Cancellation Policy

For the Ski Trip: Cancellations made prior to December 1st are eligible for a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee.  Cancellations made on or after December 1st and prior to January 1st will be eligible for a 50% refund (minus the $50 processing fee).  Any cancellation made on or after January 1st will not be eligible for a refund.

New Rules in Place for This Years Ski Trip

• Bluetooth speakers and energy drinks (ie. Monster and Redbull) will not be permitted on the trip.

• Phones will be allowed on the bus and at the ski resort, but will be collected while we're at the lodging to encourage more meaningful group interaction and community building.
