MUD Camp is Memphis’ Ultimate Day Camp and we are proud to offer a day camp experience that is like no other! For 6 weeks during the summer, join us Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm for some good ole fashion fun!
Serving children who are rising 1st - 6th graders and leadership development for rising 7th and 8th.
Staffing options for rising 9th grade and up.
Nestled on 145 acres just outside of Memphis (Location)
Offers many outdoor activities for your children in a safe and nurturing religious environment.
Campers explore all of what St. Columba has to offer while being in groups with others the same age. Climb, zip, slide in the mud, kayak, paddle board, swim, hike, and make new friends!
As an Episcopal camp, we are passionate about being a safe space for ALL campers and staff. We celebrate a diversity of campers and staff including national origin, creed, religious belief, color, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, family structure, and ability. We do daily chapel talks and songs. All campers are invited to participate in a way that fits with their diverse religious beliefs and practices.

Registration Opens January 2025
For all rising 1st through rising 6th grade, we will be offering 5 full sessions of Memphis’ Ultimate Day Camp starting at the end of June and running through July. We are also adding a few overnight camp spots!
Our rising 7th and 8th graders will continue to get their own camp session to kick off the camp season. This Jr. High Camp will include additional adventure activities, team building, and more!
Mud Camp + Overnight
Each week, we will offer an overnight camp for our campers who are rising 4th grade and older. Very limited spots available so do not hesitate to register. All overnight sessions begin at 5:00p pm the Sunday before the start of your camp session and ends at 4:00 pm on the Friday of the last day of camp. The cost of Mud Camp + Overnight includes your Mud Camp registration, no need to register separately.

Tiered Pricing
Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, Mud Camp offers a voluntary four-tier fee program. You choose the rate that best suits your needs. No matter your choice in tier, your camper will receive the same camp experience.
Please note that Extra Camp (extended care) is available and those prices are not reflected in the tiered pricing.

MUD Camp+ $350 (Overnight - $750): Our highest tier that covers the cost of Camp, helps other families pay for Camp, and includes a special day on Saturday April 12th where your camper and family can come spend a day at Camp. Get to know some of your camper’s counselors, see what a day in the life of Camp looks like, and even parents can go down the waterslide or traverse down the zip-lines!

MUD Tier $300 (Overnight - $700): Combining both water and dirt, the MUD tier payment covers the cost of camp for not just your camper, but also helps cover scholarships for those in need!

Dirt Tier $250 (Overnight - $600): Dirt is what makes the Mud in MUD Camp! This price is closest to the true cost of camp.

Water Tier $200 (Overnight - $500): Water is what keeps the campers hydrated throughout the hot summer days, and we would not have mud without water! This slightly subsidized price is for families who need a bit of financial assistance and is made possible through the generosity of individuals and congregations.

EXTENDED CARE: $70 - Longer hours for working parents.
To help maintain the safety of our campers and staff, we will have a limited number of Extra Camp spaces available each session.
Drop off as early as 7:30 am and pick up available until 5:30 pm.
Extended Care Campers get EXTRA camp. Each EXTRA Camper gets a 3:30 snack and then a different camp activity each day. Your camper will get EXTRA lake, EXTRA mud, EXTRA games and EXTRA CAMP!
Please note that the pick up time is until 5:30PM. You will be charged a $5 fee per minute for any pickups after this time.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I log back into my account?
Click the “Parent Dashboard Login” link from the menu options and enter your login information. If you are unable to find your login information, check your email for your account confirmation. If you are still having trouble, please contact our office and we can set you up with a one-time password to get you back into your account.
How do I change sessions?
Unfortunately, the only way to switch sessions is to contact the camp office and we can take care of that for you. There is no fee to change sessions.
Do you have camp on July 4th?
YES! Our camp runs Monday through Friday all 6 Sessions, even on July 4th.
How do I sign up for the waitlist?
If you wish to sign up for the day camp option AND be added to the waitlist for overnight, please complete your registration for the day camp and choose which overnight you would like to be on waitlist for and we will let you know if a spot opens up.
If you wish to be added to the overnight waitlist but do not want to register for the day camp, please complete the online registration form for the overnight session you desire to sign up for the waitlist and we will let you know if a spot opens up.
If you wish to sign up for the waitlist for the day camp only, please complete the online registration form for the camp session you desire to sign up for the waitlist and we will let you know if a spot opens up.
There is no fee to be added to the waitlist. Payment is only taken when you are being registered for the session.
Are there any discounts?
We do offer a sibling discount and a multiple sessions discount which will be automatically applied when you are registering. We also offer a variety of promotion throughout the registration process, follow our Instagram and Facebook pages to see those!
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing. There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee when you register. Cancellations made prior to May 1 are eligible for a full refund minus the $50 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations made on or after May 1 and prior to June 1 will be eligible for a 50% refund (minus the $50 processing fee). Any cancellation made on or after June 1 but more than 2 weeks out prior to the start of your session will be eligible for a 25% refund (minus the $50 processing fee). Any cancellation within 2 weeks of your session will not be eligible for a refund or transfer.
